Sagami Line

The Sagami Line operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) has not resumed yet. Although the company is trying to deal with this issue, there seems to be technical difficulties due to the scheduled blackouts in the area. JR East continues negotiations with Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO). Difficulties of securing oil have made alternative transportation, such as the bus, unattainable. Though progress is slow, things are, indeed, getting better.
